Have you noticed that at most times while driving alone (4 wheeler) the car stereo is on even if you are not even listening to it...try switching off and driving for a while. you may find it uncomfortable. if you do find it uncomfortable then observe a little further and see what is that you are uncomfortable with. when you go deeper down you will see that it is your own company that you are uncomfortable with.
What you can do to come out of this? A mini advance course...we start with silence, Willingly switch off that car stereo system the first few days there will be a lot of chattering and then slowly you will be comfortable with your own company. Whats fascinating is that, once i got comfortable with my own self, i started seeing a lot more of nature in my long drives.
